Basic informations

Notify module is responsible for notifications in Kadu. User may be notified about events by using sound or visual methods. This module doesn't notify user in any way - you have to install at least one from modules listed below:

hints - notification in baloons

window_notify - notification using pop-up windows

speech - this module uses speech synthesizer powiedz (sources, binary file) but can be easily adapted to work with festival

sound - notification using sound
