At this moment in AC, TH and Titanium there is already a kadu-0.6.0.2 so install (or update) process is very simple:

poldek -u kadu

You can also install additional icon packages (I recommend glass;))

Starting Kadu

After installation process, you can run kadu by selecting from KDE menu this position:

Network -> Instant Messaging -> Kadu
